1st Appetizer Ham Biscuits

Ingredients:

- 3 packages Pepperidge Farm party rolls

- 1 soft margarine -

- 3 poppy seeds

Directions:

- Mix margarine, onion, mustard and poppy seeds together.

- 2 tablespoons green pepper - finely chopped
- 1 / 2 teaspoon salt
- 1 / 2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 clove garlic
- 2 cups tomato juice
- 4 cloves
- 1 / 2 teaspoon oregano
- 2 tablespoonsWorcestershire sauce

Directions:

- Combine rice, ground beef, onion, green pepper, salt, celery salt and garlic in the form of balls about 1-1/2 inches in diameter.
- Heat tomato juice, cloves, oregano and Worcestershire sauce in pan.
- Add meatballs.
- Cover and simmer for 50 minutes.
- Remove cloves before serving.

4th Bacon Roll-ups

Ingredients:

- 1 Loaf thin sandwich spread
- 3 5 oz glasses of Old English Cheese
- £ 1Bacon

Directions:

- Remove crust from bread and flatten slices of bread with a rolling pin.
- Spread bread with cream cheese and roll up jelly roll style.
- Cut into thirds and put 1 / 3 of a strip of bacon in each roll and secure with a toothpick.
